    Have also fried a few prawns in a tablespoon of the oil and added a little garlic, then served on a bed of green salad leaves with a tablespoon of cream. Very enjoyable light dinner for me.
    That sounds like something I MUST try!

        I had a look at your website and am very envious of your garden! You will certainly have an ample supply of green salad leaves to put your prawns on.
