I am finally off night shift.
I was reading the OWL list. I have another week of Induction and I feel comfortable with it. If I read this correctly, I am to add more veggies but only 5 carbs, correct? What if I stall out? Would I have to go back to Induction again?

. I don't want to gain back the weight I lost. I go back to work tomorrow, so I went ahead and packed my meals for work. (all good). I could just kick myself when I do this.
Today I bought a pair of size 12 jeans. My jeans are baggy in the butt and legs, I wish the stomach would go away. I need to exercise to get rid of it. I dread that.
. Today is my last day of Induction and I thought I was doing pretty good. I lost 5 lbs. I got up this morning and I was back up 2 lbs. Where does this come from? I don't want to bounce from one diet to the next. I wan to find something that I can do everyday. I'm past the sugar cravings. I just don't get it.
