I've been on this for a month and only cheated twice. Though kinda dissapointing a bit. They were "little cheats" meaning I didn't go crazy buffet style or anything. I felt guilty of course.

Today I had

Breakfast:
Coffee w/Heavy Cream

The reason I didn't cook eggs or anything was because I had an AM Vet appointment for my little 10.5 year old Maltese. She had three tumors removed last week and I wanted to have the doctor check her healing. Vets are so blasé sometimes. I literally spend 4 seconds speaking with him at checkout after her surgery and didn't get any of my questions answered. I just spent my whole paycheck to pay for his Mercedes payment this month. Spend at least a minute caring about my little dog's well-being!

Lunch:
One Huge Porkchop
1/2C Mushrooms in Butter
1C Spinach salad w/vinegar

I think I don't eat enough fats. I'm not hungry for dinner usually. I will force myself to eat en egg if I notice my menu is meager. I bet I can eat butter by itself.
What does Dr. Atkins say about that? Probably something like "Remember to not eat butter by itself, cause that is weird."
