Yeah, so much stress! I have a feeling that the majority of that weight is water so I'm hoping that this weekend will show a loss.
It is like a mix of Mediterranean and Atkins. I'm doing it as well, it isn't so bad actually. In the morning I have three lean turkey breast/swiss cheese...
