New thread sounds great. I was thinking cracked black pepper and dill, maybe that's what I'll try first. I've never tried mascarpone chees but I've always wanted to!

A very good Mexican Frying Cheese is Panela. The type of cheese is called Panela but there are hundreds of brand names .

you can cut down the recipe since 1/2 gallon is 2 lemons a pint would be 1/2 a lemon.

I saw a cranberry and a blueberry stelton cheese in the cheese shoppe last week wonder if they would be good in domething like this as a breakfast cheese for pancakes.

Tell me about it sista! I could live off of the stuff! LOL, John always tells me, If I would give up cheese our grocery bill would be cut in 1/2!
