    I used 100% whey protein powder, vanilla. Sounds just the same, but I bet different brands are a bit different, and I would bet too that the size would make a difference, I used a 10" square and mine are only about 1/2" thick.

    Either way sounds like a keeper though. And those hazlenut (orig raspberry) muffins? Totally taste like a Krispy Kreme donut. Ultra sweet and soft. Dangerously so, I'm so glad I froze them already.
    What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

      Can we have the whey powder on Induction? I have big containers of chocolate and vanilla both that I had before coming back to Atkins.

        I don't think so, when whey is listed as an ingredient on a package, I've seen it tagged as "unacceptable" for induction. I would think it would be great add on the dairy rung. My brand is 1 carb per 1/4 cup, I've seen up to 3, and they all say no sugar, so watch your labels.

        You may get a more complete answer from a pro in the inductino forum though.
