OK THIS PISSES ME OFF the recipe links you to something called "Cake-ability Baking Aid" Ok a cheesecake is cheese eggs and whatever flavors/sweeteners you want!!!....there is no reason to buy that kind of crap if you ask me...

I am going to take the idea and make it with fresh wonderful things I have on hand..and combine and reduce the amt of sweeteners ....at least by half because who needs all that???...I will get back to you I am sure on this one ....

Don't freak out Heidi...the ingredients in that product are just:

Ingredients: pasteurized egg whites, vegetable gum blend (carob, guar, acacia, xanthan), baking soda, ascorbic acid.

So put a little dab of those things in it and relax, you don't have to buy anything special!

And I think that kiwi would be nice with green tea.

this is the ingredients in the cakability mix

Ingredients: pasteurized egg whites, vegetable gum blend (carob, guar, acacia, xanthan), baking soda, ascorbic acid.

I'm sure you got some egg whites with a pinch of baking soda should so you just fine even if you don't have any of those gums.
