Oh I know trust me I had a crush too then was bummed he was gay ...not because he was gay ...but because there was no chance he would want me ...I wonder what he is doing now? he was an awesome guy really cute and funny

I was looking up Frugal Gourmet and it said the shows were aired from
1983 to 1995? I don't remember new Frugals during the 1990s....The last Frugals I remember watching was the dreaded Elmo special and a holiday special.

OMG I thought elmo was funny and was really surprised when I realized he was a 6ft 2 man!!!! LOLOL the special was kind of dumb!!!

he lived right near me in a beautiful house on the sound ....honestly the stories about him from what I know ..were blown way out of proportion ...he was good at what he did ...

I still love his books ..all of mine are signed by him and they were such fun reads!!! I have used tons of recipes from them and eaten at almost all the restaurants he rec in our area!!

Wow those crab cakes look so good I had pork rind french toast for dinner love those things!!!! How many carbs does the crab cakes run I was looking on suday and the only things I found had 13 grams for a small serving to me this is alot I want to be 160 by my birthday on the 11th so I am trying to scale back on the carbs (that pork rinds french toast did not help) I was up to about 45 carbs a day so am scaling back to about 30 any thoughts or quick tips

This is from the recipe site. I am thinking they are not 0 Carbs, but pretty close to it. I didn't do fitday though.
