Yup what MOG said, Not sure what province you are in but in Ontario shoppers drug mart, Walmart and the pharmacy at Loblaws/superstore etc has a diabetic section that sells the s/f jellys. ED smith makes an amazing s/f jam but not sure if they make a jelly. Smuckers has s/f products too but they're a bit higher carb than ed smith.

I ended up making fruit salad with pineapple, papaya, mango, canary melon, cantalope, strawberry and kiwi. For the dip i used 1/2 large container of 6%yogurt, 1/2 container ff sour cream, some crushed pineapple, pineapple juice and some pineapple/passionfruit crystal light. I made 2 pineapple boats which i froze to keep the fruit cold. It was a huge hit and was delicous.

My cousin made some tomato and cheese kebobs which would be great for induction. she had cubes of mozerrella, cherry tomatos and 1" chunks of red/yellow peppers on skewers, and she brushed them with Italian dressing. they were awesome, and a great summer appetizer!

she also did the jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon and baked. they were very good.

Here's a picture of the tiki bar they built

Jen, your fruit salad really does sound good. I'm in Waterloo, and I have not seen a grape sugar free jelly (Welches type) at Shoppers or the other grocery stores. The recipe that Star mentioned calls for grape, I have lots of sugar free BBQ sauce that I could add in place of the chili sauce (I think that was what was added to the meatballs that I tasted years ago), but I think the flavour wouldn't be right with another type of jelly. If you are ever in Waterloo, Vincenzo's sells sugar free sweet chili sauce, honey mustard and cookies (chocolate raspberry I think) plus biscotti in different flavours. I don't buy the cookies but the sweet chili sauce is a nice spicy coating on wings or legal chicken fingers.

        Loved the Tikki bar.

Hey I'm in Waterloo once or twice a month, My coworkers are all out there. My sig pic was actually taken at a wedding out there LOL. I'll have to check out that supermarket.

I usually buy my online products at www.lowcarbfooddepot.ca but it appears their site is down right now . Here is another toronto company though, and they do have a grape jelly/spread by walden farms, not sure if it would work though? this company also has other awesome hard to find things here like davinci syrups etc: http://www.thelowcarbgrocery.com/cat...roducts_id=240 You can order online, not sure what the shipping costs would be.

Their store is on Yonge street North of Lawrence.

Thanks Jen. I have been to the Low Carb store on Yonge Street and have found some wonderful products, plus the guy behind the counter is gorgeous (don't tell my husband that I said that). If you order more than 100 dollars that shipping is free, and I have done that once and it worked out well, however, some of their ready made products are not available online and I like to pick those up. They do cauli-fried rice and mashed cauli and chili etc. I find these frozen foods useful when I am just too tired or busy to cook and I know that they are legal and convenient and keep me on plan.

I'll have to look into the website for LowCarbDepot when its operational.

            Thanks for the advice.

P.S. Vincenzo's is on Belmont near the corner of Belmont and Union. Be prepared to spend more than you thought, that place has so many wonderful things. Its small but carries many products from around the world. I'm sure that your co-workers are familiar with Vincenzo's. If you do go, try the artichoke caponata, it's wonderful and low carb (OK its addictive) They also have a website that you can check out.
