    flax seed in meat loaf

I was wanting to make a meatloaf this evening, and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried using the ground flax seed in place of crackers or bread that was used in there. Anyone ever tried it?

No, but if you try it I would love to hear how it turns out.

Ok I made it, and it worked out great.
I used about 3 lbs ground beef.
      Minced dried garlic
      2 eggs
Close to 1/2 cup of ground flax
      seasoned salt
      one medium onion
Heinz Low carb catsup mixed in the meatloaf and some spread on top.

It sliced really easy and didnt fall apart at all, and has a great taste.
Sorry I dont have measures for the ingredients, I never measure when I cook.
