Where can you get Edam cheese in the US at? Giant - Walmart - Weis - Karns - Fox's???

I THINK edam cheese is similar to laughing cow, etc that you can find in the deli cheese section of any grocery in the US. However, I am not sure it is the same thing adn I also don't grate the cheese myself, so instead I have used a 6 oz pack of KRAFT grated parmesan, as well as part of and 8 oz pack of KRAFT shredded mozzarella. Both turned out GREAT!!! I left the added salt out of the parmesan recipe, however, b/c i find parmesan to be incredibly salty.

I haven't read all 13 pages, but I imagine someone answered this... can someone let me know though... I REALLY want to make these, what are the measurements for the US??? I can't figure out this stuff... but these look amazing!
