    Hi Barbde!
    They fall flat a little because of the change of temperature. Next time when they´re baked just turn off the oven, open the door but keep them inside. I always do like that with cheesecakes.

                No pressure cooker, yet. I keep looking at them, but no extra $ in the budget yet. I also need a new omlette pan but haven't gotten that yet either. We've been cooking mostly on the grill since the weather has been so unbelievably hot this summer, if I don't have my pressure cooker by Christmas, I will ask "Santa Claus" to get me one!

                            Okay this is for the people like me who needs cups tbsp etc....
                            2.46oz heavy crem = 4.89 tbsp
                            3.52oz cream cheese= 6.88 tbsp
                            1.76 oz bacon = approx 7 slices cooked
                            3.17oz EDAM cheese = couldnt get this one....
