I made them with cheddar just now and me and my non atkins flatmate loved them and had to hide them in the cupboard!

Wow, I want an oven!....and a muffin pan might be nice too! I'll put this on my list of things I'm going to make over the summer.

Yes I am lucky having an oven/microwave etc at my uni already for me! I added a george foreman and a coffee grinder and I was set.

Finally my parents' suggestion to move back to the UK and go to uni there is all making sense...lol

A coffee grounder too? You can even make almond flour with that!

            Hello,

Can anyone break this down into US measurements? Also, what is Edam cheese?

            Thanks

Here is a pic of the cheese, scoll down the page to see it

              http://www.edam.com/

I think you can use any semi-soft cheese you like though, Pau is in Spain so she has easier access to some yummy things that are harder to find around here!

[QUOTE=Anlhess]Okay this is for the people like me who needs cups tbsp etc....
                    2.46oz heavy crem = 4.89 tbsp
                    3.52oz cream cheese= 6.88 tbsp
1.76 oz bacon = approx 7 slices cooked
3.17oz EDAM cheese = couldnt get this one....

Can anyone who has made these tell me did they actually put 4.89 tbsp of cream and 6.88 tbsp of cream cheese or did you round these up to the higher number? Would really like to try them but don't know how to measure that.

Made these this morning using muenster cheese instead of edam, and sausage instead of bacon. DELICIOUS! I highly recommend these. One warning, they're hard to stop eating, VERY tasty.

                              Thanks for the recipe.
