oh my goodness, these are so DELICIOUS!!! I made them last night and
can't get enough of them. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I tried them.
I didn't have edam so I used freshly grated parmesan instead and I added a pinch of onion powder. This is such a keeper! :icondance
      Cheers!

I so agree they are fantastic!!! It took me a while to try them as well and now I have tried them with all types of cheeses and herbs I love them I have not actually put bacon in them but they do not really need it the basic recipe is to die for !!!!!.....I am going to try making ...get this ...chocolate ones!!!! with goat cheese and coco powder I have done a goat cheese cheese cake and they are like little flat souffles so what the heck!

Last I heard she was going to Italy, but I thought it was just like a little trip and she'd be back soon, its seems like its been weeks and weeks since she left. I hope she didn't desert us. :sadblinky

                    3 eggs
70 grs heavy cream (2.46 oz)
100 grs soft cheese (3.52 oz)
                    50 grs bacon (1.76 oz)
90 grs edam cheese (3.17 oz)
                    salt

Whip the whites and keep in the fridge.
Mix the yolks with the soft cheese, the cream, salt, grated edam cheese and minced bacon (I first fried it in a pan without oil).
Mix carefully the mixture with the whites.
Bake in oven, 20 minutes, 190ºC (374 farenheit)
There you go, it was in the original post btw.
