oh my goodness, these are so DELICIOUS!!! I made them last night and
can't get enough of them. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I tried them.
I didn't have edam so I used freshly grated parmesan instead and I added a pinch of onion powder. This is such a keeper! :icondanceCheers!

I so agree they are fantastic!!! It took me a while to try them as well and now I have tried them with all types of cheeses and herbs I love them I have not actually put bacon in them but they do not really need it the basic recipe is to die for !!!!!.....I am going to try making ...get this ...chocolate ones!!!! with goat cheese and coco powder I have done a goat cheese cheese cake and they are like little flat souffles so what the heck!Originally posted by want2bslimat30oh my goodness, these are so DELICIOUS!!! 70 grs heavy cream (2.46 oz)
100 grs soft cheese (3.52 oz)
50 grs bacon (1.76 oz)
90 grs edam cheese (3.17 oz)
salt
Whip the whites and keep in the fridge.
Mix the yolks with the soft cheese, the cream, salt, grated edam cheese and minced bacon (I first fried it in a pan without oil).
Mix carefully the mixture with the whites.
Bake in oven, 20 minutes, 190ºC (374 farenheit)

this is an awesome recipe!!!! and omg I miss this lady ...she is never coming back I am sure she has left us for good! ...bummer!!! at least we have some awesome recipes out of the deal ....remember her pressure cooker recipes!!! freaking wonderful I pulled out my pressure cooker and went to town on those!!!! plus she got me all pumped to one up her ...it was just not possible for me to let her get ahead of me ....I miss Pau!!!!
