    Lady Saffron .....I´m amazed ...... you are a real Chef!

    (The sofrito I cook and freeze in portions because it´s an "all-use" is: onion, green pepper and tomato)

    I´m going to check again your photo and enjoy the meal :icondance

      I love cooking with sofrito I have suggested it here in the past as a natural low carb thickener for stews and soups....it takes some time but as you said you can freeze it ...I think the key for a good sofrito is to cook it slow and evenly....I add garlic to mine!... I think I will make a thread again to explain it!
