I agree with Moochie in that you don't need the whole package of cream cheese. THere was a bit too much in my opinion.

Hum...I made this Whoosie food and DH and I didn't really like it that much.

If there is anyone else out there who didn't like it and created something else out of it, please post here.

          Thanks!

Do you think I could add some hot sauce and maybe worcheshire to it? Anybody try it with that? My husband needs it kicked up a little before he will eat it!

you can alter the ingrediets any way you want but the horseradish is the key as that is the diuretic ingresdient.

The hot soase or hot peppers will give hubby an endothermic reaction helping his metabolism get a boost too.

I had a question regarding the yellow mustard ingredient. Is it the powder yellow mustard or already prepared mustard such as French's mustard? Thanks!

It's most likely the prepared mustard, because that's what most people have on hand. Also many recipes will specify "dry mustard" to indicate a mustard powder, like Coleman's English.

Thank you for your quick reply! I was hoping it was the prepared mustard b/c it means that I have everything already to make the pie! Hubby & I are looking forward to trying it out tonight!

A whooshie is when you have a sudden little drop in weight out of the blue.

I found a little cut and paste I have on whooshie pie:

                            Whooshie Pie

'Whooshie Pie' (not it's original name) originated a few years ago when a member made it, ate it, and experienced a weight loss. Whether it was a real phenomenon due to the thermogenic nature of horseradish, or whether it was a fluke, the member had a lot of fun with it..renamed it Whooshie Pie, and the whole concept was born.

This is not a documented miracle food...and if you don't like horseradish or mustard, it'll probably turn your stomach...lol...but if you do, enjoy it! You might have a whooshie, you might not....but at least you'll have had a good Induction Friendly meal.
You can find it on the third page of the Beef recipes up there in the Recipes tab..here's a link:

The only kind of horshraddish I could find is the creamy kind. Is that the right ingredient?
