I haven't tried whooshie pie, but:

It's the horseradish that makes you lose. I tried it myself ages and ages ago. It really probably was just been water loss, I don't have any way to tell but there was a differance in my scale (I was lazy, just baked some burger with coconut oil and horseradish to be honest).

    Does mustard help?

How does whoosie food work? Why does eating this pie cause a weight loss within a few days? =)

She's not kidding about the gas mask. My dad grew horseradish and I remember the pain (literally) it was when we grated it!!! OUCH!!!!!

So if I put horseradish on my hot dogs it will give me a whoosh?

if you have just horsradish that will be a very spicey taste. it is the horseradish that gives the whooshie you can leve out the cream cheese intirely if you want.

Shoot, I did buy the wrong stuff hence no whoosie! Can I cut down the cream cheese even more? I used 6 oz and it still seemed as if too much cream cheese. The hamburger seemed rather blah also, what do you add for spices to the meat?

nope you want either fresh you grate yourself (wear a gas mask if you do it that way) or just the grated root in some vinegar. it is usually in the refigerated section near the pickles.

A whooshie is when you have a sudden little drop in weight out of the blue.

I found a little cut and paste I have on whooshie pie:

    Whooshie Pie

'Whooshie Pie' (not it's original name) originated a few years ago when a member made it, ate it, and experienced a weight loss. Whether it was a real phenomenon due to the thermogenic nature of horseradish, or whether it was a fluke, the member had a lot of fun with it..renamed it Whooshie Pie, and the whole concept was born.

This is not a documented miracle food...and if you don't like horseradish or mustard, it'll probably turn your stomach...lol...but if you do, enjoy it! You might have a whooshie, you might not....but at least you'll have had a good Induction Friendly meal.
You can find it on the third page of the Beef recipes up there in the Recipes tab..here's a link:
