        woo hoo looking good folk. I did my HIIT today and man did it feel good. wonder how high I could get my treadmill to go I know at 45% we will slide off without some penetration to the undelying subsurface but hey we could be billy goats on tradmills

                  Are we meant to put just our treadmill work here or all our exercise? Did my 2 kms in 21 mins today, plus bike and rower time. Total 37 mins.

                      I did 30 minutes tonight. I'm curious....what speeds do you average if you're a walker and at what speeds do you run if you're a beginner? I'm just experimenting, trying to find a comfortable pace.

                        All right look at all of you going.
                        I'm a power walker and do HIIT ( alternating high intense min with low intense min) and use the incline and speed changes for that. When I do my cardio I do it flat at 7.5 MPH the treadmill at the gym said that was running speed even though I was walking with proper walking form and nor jogging. It cutoff the heartrate monitor at that speed cause it said it was unsafe to use it while running. I guess they think those runners will fall on their face if they hold on with 2 hands LOL

                          How can you walk at a speed of 7.5 MPH? I can't walk past 4.5 MPH.

                            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                            so:

                            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
