    Okay, starting a new weight training plan, so I'm counting this as my cardio, cause I'll be going at that 20 min hot and heavy. Right now I'm at 260 minutes, so I'm revising my goal to only include the days where cardio will be the plan of attack!

            Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

            Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

                      Nope, just don't feel like I belong here anymore. Still exercising, doing Atkins "my way" which obviously doesn't fit because I also think calories count. So, I'll be watching on the "other" board, and tracking there. My belief, which doesn't count here, is that we can each have our own thoughts, and still follow Dr. Atkins writings. I haven't done anything against DANDR, 2002, but still don't fit here. All I've done is to take his writings and incorporate them into my diet/lifestyle. He and I agree... but that's not good enough for some here. I think that he was smarter than any of us, but some can't see the ease of this WOE and try to complicate it beyond comprehension. It's not so scientific, don't try to make it more than it is. I won't go into this any further because that topic has alreay been closed, and people have taken both sides of this, depending upon which forum they are posting on...

                      Sorry, but I don't believe in holding back when others have already spoken their beliefs. This may not belong in this forum, but it was asked.

                        Hey! I know it's the 16th of February but I'd like to get in this challenge! I love my TM and use it 5-6 days a week. I've been keeping track on the calendar all month.


                        Goal: 600+ minutes!

                          welcome to the challenge. just post either your miles or minutes goals for the month and start treadmilling. if you read post number one you can get the icon for your siggie too.
