    Rich, that's great. You are a role model for all of us!

    Well, DH finished putting together my elliptical at 2 am, so I didn't get a chance to work out. I DID go for 5 minutes, but I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer....tonight will be a different story!!!

        Hello everyone. I managed to go 15 minutes on my elliptical today. I didn't have much time to get it done, so I did what I could. I wish that I could go for a full 45 minutes, but after not exercising for so long, it was really hard on my body, especially my legs. I am going to do 15-20 minutes tomorrow until I get used to it, and then I'll go from there. I know I can build myself up to 45 minutes eventually, but I don't want to push myself too far.

        I'm disappointed, but I got more of a workout than I've been having, so I guess that counds for something...

        Well, how did everyone else do today?

              My legs are killing me though, I ran just shy of 10 miles on the treadmill yesterday. So 25 minutes of eliptical tonight may be a little to much. I'll see what I can do though.

                WOW! That's great!! I would just do what you can...

                I just got done doing 20 minutes..I wanted to give up at 10 minutes but I kept pushing myself...I am so proud of myself. Tonight I'm gonna get back on it and see what I can do. Maybe another 10 minutes, maybe another 5, but either way, it's good

                    ok, I did the 25 minutes last night, covered 3.5 k. Bringing my total up to 100, I am a third of the way there already, I may revise my goal.

                    Everyone else is quiet! Hows it going?

                      In an attempt to bump this up, I will post again!

                      I'll do an extra 10 minutes on the eliptical tonight. Mainly going to the gym to do my weights this evening, but I am in the practice of using the eliptical first to act as a warm up.

                        I did 25 minutes....it wasn't soooo horrible I just put in some kick a$$ music, REALLY loud, and got motivated. It worked pretty good, I'll say!

                        20 minutes is my minimum 5 days a week....that'll get me to my goal..so any extra is great!!!

                        Rich you're right...it is empty.....I can hear my echo...

                          Hellloooooo!

                          Missed you two. After 2 birthdays parties and no cheating, which I"m very proud to say, I felt guilty being away from the gym for 2 days in a row. Thus, past 2 days, I've pushed myself on treadmill and Nautilus today. Since my shins are bothering me tonight, I'll do elliptical tomorrow and report back.

                          Might I say that you two are doing great! Richt is the "Man". What a motivator! Way to go on your mega run - saw that in another post.

                              I'm back in the groove. I did 30 minutes today = 2 miles keeping it over 120 strides at all times. Feb. 90/300

                              I'm terribly sore today from yesterday's workout. It was my first day doing the Nautilus circuit weight training. I have to say if it wasn't for these challenges, I probably would have stayed in bed today. Happy Striding!

                                Hey you guys. I did 30 minutes this morning, and man it feels great. I pushed from my goal yesterday, and here I am!
