    I did my 45 minutes last night, but wasn't the quickest I have done it only managed 6k. in recent weeks I have managed 6.4 k in that time. Sig updated.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Congrats Stephanie, I just did 15 minutes.

        But I did do 30 minutes of boxing sparring before hand, so a bit of cardio was done.

            Did 20 minutes this morning. My back hurts REALLY bad, so i didn't want to over do it, just loosen it up a bit

            I did do the 20 minutes at 3-4 resistance, and I was sweating worse than I do for an hour! LOL

            Anyhow, just wanted to check in!

              I did 10 minutes last night on the machine, I dedicated last night to an evening of upper body weights, but I always warm up, so used the eliptical to warm up my arms!

              anyway, sig updated.

                Will be wrapping my target for the month up tonight. I will do that 35 minutes to get me there.

                      Hey there everyone. Sorry I havn't been around lately. I am waiting for the DR to call me back about an appointment. I have no insurance, and it's so hard to find a dr that'll see me My back has been felling a little better. I am thinking that I over did it and maybe that's what happened. I slept on it wrong and tried to "work" it out and hurt it worse. Then I did 300 crunches, and 30 sit ups, which couldn't have helped.I think it'll go away. Soon, I hope I haven't been on in a week or so, and I feel so lazy! LOL.

                      Anyhow, YES YES YES their will be a March Challange! I am so thrilled that you guys even asked! You guys interested? Just b/c this one is almost over, you can still pop in al let us know how you're doing!

                            Hey evryone. I just wanted to report I did 15 minutes at resistance 4. My back was feeling better, so I went for it! I think I can do shorter time w/ more resistance. Don't give up on me yet! LOL

                                You already joined! LOL. I just made it bigger and made it the any exercise machine challenge! LOL. That way anyone cam join and be accountable, and this challenge only had a few people anyway. The more the merrier, right!?!
