Good Morning. Sorry I haven't been on here lately. We got a huge snow storm and we lost power... the snow is beautiful, but haveing an infant w/ no power doesn't work out very well. Anyhow, we are home now, and I will be doing my 30 minutes. I'll report when they're done. Bye for now.

I must have caught a bug. I was so fatigue Thurs - Sat., that I was in bed most of the time - my muscles were aching. I don't know if I did too much exercising too soon. Then on Sun., for no reason at all, the top of my foot started hurting so bad that I can barely walk right now. I've never had any foot problems before. This is very odd because the last time I was on Atkins and lost 40 lbs., I had so much energy during losing the weight. This time I'm feeling so drained. I'm trying to take vitamins but have just finished all my old Atkins brand ones and need to go out and buy more. I have no intention on quitting. To date, I've lost 17 lbs. since 1/11/06. As soon as I can walk, I'll be back on the elliptical. I'm gonig to check some of the other boards to see if other people have been through this and what they recommend to do.

Just do what you can, and then come back on tomorrow saying that you did more than you said you were going to.
I quite often jump on the eliptical and think that 45 minutes is just enough, but when i get to 45 I could keep going, but I would have already preset the time I was going to do.
And when i start off, 1 hour always seems to long.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
