      Okie doke. Off to update....

      Oh yea, I didn't work out today w/ I am having some type of flu like crappola goin on, and my body is weak. I tried for a minute, but my legs almost gave out! At least I tried, right?!?

      Oh well, I don't think one minutes counts anyways
      *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

            45 minutes today on the treadmill. That's 245 minutes done out of a total of 1500 for March.

                  100 more minutes.... 60 on the elliptial and 40 on the stationary bikes. Ugh - it was a long weekend and a long break. How is everyone feeling/doing?

                    30 minutes on the eliptical last night, good to get back into it after having a stinking cold for a while.

                    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                        I did one mile today, which puts me at 4.5 miles of 25 miles. I am still on setting 3.
                        What would we do without it?

                          35 minutes on treadmill DONE
                          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                          so:
                          Restart Progress:
                          12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                          01/18/10 ~ 227.4
