My goal is to do a half a mile a day on my stationary bike this month. I want to start out slow because I normally start out to high and get bored, or burned out to soon.
So that means......my goal is.........10.5 miles this month. So my stats are 0/10.5 miles

I know I've been AWOL from the boards the past week or so, but I have been exercising! Here's the recap of my workouts:
3/2: 45 minutes on treadmill
3/4: 60 min on bike, 30 min on eliptical
3/5: 60 min on treadmill, 20 min on eliptical
3/6: 60 min on bike
3/7: 60 min on treadmill
3/8: 45 min on bike, 15 min on eliptical
3/9: 60 min on treadmill
I believe this and my previous workout of 45 minutes, puts me at 500 minutes of exercise for the month.
HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7 Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

Hi all, sorry I have been busy this month! Anyway wanted to check and report in! I am at 85 mins. for the month on the treadmill so I have got to step it up...how is everyone else doing?

j, i have to ease back a bit. my back is out of whack and i am getting ready to move. the computer will be disconnected probably monday and i'll be out of pocket for probably a week or more. i'll report whatever gets done when i can.

60 minutes on the stationary bikes today. Too bad I fell off the wagon on my face about eating though - ugh. I have to start all over. Damn alcohol and impaired judgement.

35 minutes treadmill. 170/1000 I know I am behind pace, but I am not fully cleared by my orthopedic Dr for my foot yet. Once he clears me next week I will be able to finish strong.
