60 minutes on treadmill today

Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
so: Restart Progress: 12/28/09 ~ 235.1 01/04/10 ~ 229.0 01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr.... (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay) 01/18/10 ~ 227.4 01/5/10 ~ 226.8 02/01/10 ~ 222.6

Alrighty.
I tried so hard to get some done yesterday, but I got to 5 minutes and my lower back was throbbing. It was aweful. I AM glad that I got some done those, as tiny as it maybe, it's still something.
It's so weird, I can fell my heart beating in my lower pack, and it throbs with pain, even when I bend over. It's aweful, and I can't wait to feel better.
You guys are doing so awesome! Keep you your great work!

I have no idear where I posted that I was joining this challenge, but I posted it somewhere. I have one of those orig. gazelle thingy's. Kinda like an eliptical I guess. I'm going to use it 15 min 3xs a week. As time goes by I will add more time, maybe next week.

Update on my exercise machine workouts:
3/11: 60 minutes on bike
3/12: day off!
3/13: 60 minutes on treadmill
3/14: 30 minutes on elipical
3/15: 20 minutes on stairstepper (I hate this machine! grr!)
That puts me at 670 minutes out of 1000 pledged for this month.
HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7 Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
