30 minutes on the (vertical) stationary bike
13 minutes on the sitting stationary bike... then I saw the treadmill at the gym become open so I ran over.... ran 2 miles and walked awhile to cool down. I had to stop because I could feel the blister on my foot about ready to rupture = OUCH = 25 minutes

I'm beginning to feel a little burned out on the eliptical machine. I'm trying to expand it a bit more with adding the treadmill back into my routine. I've been at it for 2 1/2 months now without a change, i'm worried about slowing my weight loss with one solid routine, but the treadmill is so boring!

30 minutes on the eliptical on Wednesday evening, it went well as there was an interesting tv programme on at the same time. I hardly noticed the time go.
Despite being not well enough to excercise for the first couple of days of the month, I am a third of the way to my elliptcial target, with still less than a third of the month gone, so I am happy.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I haven't been on in a bit. I am still waiting to feel better *tapping foot impatiently*.
If I could just catch my breath and stop coughing, I'd be fine. It's so weird..every deep breath I take sends me into a coughing fit. It's aweful I'll be joining you guys soon enough, I promise. I am sorry to not be participating right now. I feel like such a bum

Steph, you concentrate on getting better!! That is what is important, that Elliptical isn't going anywhere.
I am up to 5.75 miles of 25 miles. Still on setting 3, but I can tell I will be able to switch to 4 soon. Thanks!!
