        60 minutes on the treadmill ( ran 4 - walked 1) whoo hoo
        30 mins on stationary bike
        7 mins on stair stepper (devil machine) =)

            Sunflower, I still have you totals off. I have that you are at 6/25 miles!

            This is how I got that:

            1st report, Pg. 4, 1 mile
            2nd report, Pg. 7, 2.5/25
            3rd report, Pg. 9, another 1.25 (March 4th)
            4th report, Pg. 9, another 1.25 (March 5th)
            5th report, Pg. 11, another mile

            That puts me at six for you. Yours are 1.25 off, so I was wondering if maybe where you posted twice on page 9 was reguarding the same workout...but I saw different dates, so I assumed they were seperate. Just lemme know, okay?

                  Rest day for me today... My legs are still SCREAMING from Monday's workout!
                  Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:
                  Restart Progress:
                  12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                      30 minutes on the (vertical) stationary bike
                      13 minutes on the sitting stationary bike... then I saw the treadmill at the gym become open so I ran over.... ran 2 miles and walked awhile to cool down. I had to stop because I could feel the blister on my foot about ready to rupture = OUCH = 25 minutes

                      Total today = 68 minutes

                          I'm beginning to feel a little burned out on the eliptical machine. I'm trying to expand it a bit more with adding the treadmill back into my routine. I've been at it for 2 1/2 months now without a change, i'm worried about slowing my weight loss with one solid routine, but the treadmill is so boring!

                            30 minutes on the eliptical on Wednesday evening, it went well as there was an interesting tv programme on at the same time. I hardly noticed the time go.

                            Despite being not well enough to excercise for the first couple of days of the month, I am a third of the way to my elliptcial target, with still less than a third of the month gone, so I am happy.

                            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                              Blue, good for you for switching it up.

                              I haven't been on in a bit. I am still waiting to feel better *tapping foot impatiently*.
                              If I could just catch my breath and stop coughing, I'd be fine. It's so weird..every deep breath I take sends me into a coughing fit. It's aweful I'll be joining you guys soon enough, I promise. I am sorry to not be participating right now. I feel like such a bum

                                Steph, you concentrate on getting better!! That is what is important, that Elliptical isn't going anywhere.
                                I am up to 5.75 miles of 25 miles. Still on setting 3, but I can tell I will be able to switch to 4 soon. Thanks!!
                                What would we do without it?
