Re: 4th of July Walking Challenge

I'm counting 30 minutes of gardening as 1 mile, since that's the equivalent I found on a couple of sites I use. SO, I'm 28/110 as of this morning.
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

      Thanks for the encouragement..Boxermom..

      2 miles today...yeah!

Everyone is doing so well..so whats the treat for making it to July 4th and keeping up with the challenge. I think I will buy a new suit for work (hopefully smaller size) and get my toes and nails done!

Anyone else going to reward themselves.

I'm reporting in with two miles for Sunday. 46/110--I've been trying some pre-programmed settings on my treadmill that forces me to pick up the pace and drown in sweat.
