Hey ya'll. I am just finishing Day 4 and I haven't started exercising yet. So, I am thinking of a challenge of Walking to the 4th of July. I am going to walk one mile a day/five days a week. I know it is a modest goal and I sure hope I can exceed that, but I have to start somewhere and walking seems like a good place to begin. I encourage others who need to exercise to come walk with me. Together we can do it. I am beginning tomorrow (Monday, April 17). Come on, we can do it together.

I think it is great that you make that first move and 1 mile is a good amount for starters I will match your mile starting tuesday april 18th.
