    Keep up the great work, ladies. I haven't walked for a several days--I've been doing some exercise videos instead. The sun is shining after a week of rain so I might be able to go outside later on today.

        Good for you Narose.. I think I am slipping a bit since starting bootcamp as well..


        stairmaster today, walking just upstairs...lol 45 mins for a total of 2.3 miles on level 6..(I hate the number 6, lol)

          Friday May 19th - 30 mins on the cybex arc and 30 mins of weight training
          Sat may 20th - 1 mile
          Sun May 21st - 2 miles..

          Sorry, boot camp is occupying most of my time...
