      The long holiday weekend took over my push ups so I will begin tomorrow.

      I've noticed my arms are getting bigger (starting to look muscular like men's). Has anyone noticed changes in their arms from the previous push up challenges?

        yep! i wouldn't call it like a man's though. we girls aren't going to get arms like higgies or rich or any of the other guys. we don't have the right stuff. lol

        they are going to get shapely and firmed up though. i am seeing some changes in my arms that i haven't see since i was in my 30's, i suppose.

              I did my 100 on wednesday sorry i'm late reporting.

              your muscles will grow stronger and increase in size as you get stronger but the size increase will be limited by your genetic makeup as females convert the androgen moluclues into estrogen. you should be seeing definition in them to remember that new muscle tissues will burn cals which fat cells don't so they will be helping you see the fat leaving your body too.
