      I know that I'm late with my abs challenge but i would like to start today. I will do 100 a day. for a total of 2500 for the rest of the month. I will do 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. Can't wait for those sexy abs..

        i have been doing crunches everynight since the 1st i do 250 a night so my month pledge is 7500 that seems crazy but i can do it i love the feeling of burning abs.

        abs challenge = july 1500/7500

                  This is gonna be great!!

                  I am committing myself to doing 100 sit-ups a day for a total of 2200 for the rest of the month!!

                                my Abs are killing me

                                ok so far I have done 500 of my 2500 crunches. i love the pain i feel, it's a good pain, but goodness. This is the most crunches i have ever done in my life. i figured why do them as long as my stomach is flat..if nothing is hanging over my pantie i'm fine..but i realized now i do have to strengthen more core..well hope everyone is working that belly..later
