          Did 10 at the hips and 5 at the thighs. Since I was already on the ball, I threw in 30 crunches.

                    Well, I've had to take a few days break as I strained something (I didn't know I had) last time. But I'm going to start back on Saturday again. 1 week to recover, should be enough. Then I'll make up my numbers. I'm doing 300 dog gonna it! YES I AM!

                                I creak alot too Terry, mostly my knees though. I think it's from back when I used to be a catcher in a softball league. Oh I miss those days!
