    I guess all the clicking and creaking are a sign of my years. I'll try to ignore it. I used to run and my knees and ankles crackle all the time. My youngest always laughed that I couldn't sneak up on her. She could hear me coming!

            You're right Kacey, motivation seems to come when you have some ADBBer's looking for your results!

                I usually push and roll back onto my knees. It's the easiest way I've found. Great job on getting 20 in!!!

                    Hi, this is Lady Siberian back again after recovering from trip from NY to VA. So:

                    I deflated my ball on the trip back, but couldn't find the plug. Called the ball company and no one there would sell me a plug. Bought a new ball, new company on Saturday. Came with three plugs.

                    Anyway, I made up most of my pushups yesterday in between commercials for a Monk marathon. I've got 140/155 done--and am finding that these are very easy and lots of fun, especially being held accountable here.

                                This challenge is a joyful one for several reasons:

                                If you can't take the ball with you, you can make up your pushups days later.

                                It makes you feel accountable: you set a reasonable goal and you know it's here in writing.

                                Nobody discourages you, even if you set your goal extremely low as I did. In fact, one or two people are certain to encourage you.

                                I'm finding that doing ten in the morning as soon as my feet hit the floor from the bed is very, very easy. I'll easily double my goal as long as I don't have to leave home for a week again--and lose my plug--and the ball company won't give me a replacement plug--and so on.

                                AND MANY THANKS TO SADY FOR DOING THE CHART!!!!!
