    20 for 8/16. I TOTALLY agree with LadySiberian. If I didn't have to report here - I wouldn't have done these. As it is, I believe, I think, I hope - I see some shape in my arms! Could it be? After years of flapping in the wind???

      terry lynn! good for you upping your goal!

      saty does a good good job of cheering us on. i knew i had a keeper when it came to her!

      lady and kasey, i think i would do these without the challenge but probably not as many. i don't think people realize the importance of challenges. it is an extemely useful tool for keeping you on track. even with the goalies, i've seen this. 2big has it so together but you see her in challenges, here and the pres. challenge and other places. her committment to the challenges is not only helpful to her but to the everyone else.

      everyone in this thread is an encouragment to me even if i don't point out everyone by name. just knowing you guys are here and expecting me to hit my mark is an motivator.

      okay, that's too much thinking, too early in the morning.

      i have nothing to report as far as numbers goes. not yet. unlike lady, i detest hitting the floor when i get up with anything but stumbling to the bathroom. lol

                      10 yesterday and 10 today.

                      Honestly, I'd thought 5 a day would be a good start, but 10 a day have been easy. I think this week I'll shoot for 15 a day and see how that goes.

                      My weight went up a dadburned pound, but I'm not showing it in my signature yet because I met a friend yesterday to see "Snakes on a Plane" and at a bucket of popcorn!!!!! It was a very scary movie, and no matter how badly the critics pan it, it is a terrific plane-nervy-wracking-snake movie that required my going through that bucket of popcorn with which I sucked up like a nervous baby on a pacifier. I figure that pound will automatically drop off once the salt works its way out of my system. If it hasn't by next Saturday, I'll go back to the ticker place and change the 162 to 163. I'm thinking, "This is not a REAL pound weight gain." We'll see.

                      Oh, Saty, thanks for the applause for my having reached goal!!

                        25 today! YEAH! I think my goal for the rest of the month is not more but making it harder until I can do with only my toes on the ball. (this will take a few months I can imagine!)

                          That's great that you are increasing your goal! To make it more challenging you can also move the ball further down toward your feet. Mine are my knees, but man it's tough!
