            It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  i am sick and i havent had any energy the last 2 days to excercise. i am going in for surgery today so i wont do any for the next 2 days.

                    150 calories on the treadmill last night, just a gentle jog to get my legs moving ahead of my race on Sunday
