      I biked 5.5 mi in 20 mins. Cut the mileage in half due to very active day...

            Hi everyone, I did 3.15 miles tonight, 20 min. It is starting to get pretty easy to do 20 minutes. It is hard getting started everynight because the couch looks really cozy, but the couch has played a major role in my weight gain. So once I start my exercise it is not so bad. Next week I may try 25 minutes to see how that goes. The scales are not being nice to me. They have not moved in a few days. Has anyone seen profitweb?

                      I did 5mi today and tested working out with the bruised ribs, so far so good...I will go slow for a few days, not over doing it and certainly no upperbody work out....(sad)

                        Wow!!! Everyone has been doing great!!!!! Sorry for my absence. We have had people coming to look at our kitchen & roof to get them re-done, so I have been cleaning, also helping kids with heaps of homework, AND my husband decided to take us on a surprise trip to a casino this weekend. It was great. However, the trip really got me behind then the contractors have added to it. I have stayed on my diet, but I need to catch up on my workout. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow!

                        Keep up the good work! Boy, do I have a lot of #'s to enter.

                            Okay, here is where everyone is at! Freakin' great job, Jimmy & Jerrica!!!!!! Keep it up. As for Jess, Lisa, & myself, we need to pick up the pace to catch up. Jess, you're hurt but try to get something in if you can. I'm gonna catch up!!! I wanna get a super hot graphic that shows my success, don't you?! The real benefit is getting in shape and not having your heart pound out of your chest when you carry laundry up the stairs quickly. Right!!! Let's go...
