    Profit, thanks for the chart...
    I rode 10mi this morning and feel back together after my fall, thank goodness it did not hold me but for a day. I have been working on just the right amount of biking so I am in my fitness level and not going past it and have fatigues problems hindering me...

      the chart looks great! i am so happy and thankful to be so far along. i was really feeling like i wasn't going to be able to do this. i did have to shove my stair climbing challenge to the back burner for a bit but as soon as i am caught up and in good shape i'll be able to resume that.

                I recieved a message from Lisa M.. She has started back to school this week and is working hard on that. So, she's fallen behind on her exercise. I suggested she get a walking odometer to track the amount of walking she does at school and that she should try to get some cardio in at least 3 days a week. Hopefully, we still see her here. I am glad she is making school a top priority but I also want her to remember to take care of her body. If anyone else has any suggestions on how to do that with a busy schedule, please let Lisa know.

                  i think she'll stay on track as best as she can.

                  yes, indeed i got the whip out and look, it worked, you got 15 miles in and you're working on more for today!
                  that whip was a bit worn out from using it on myself but i think it still has a few good licks in it.

                    I am having a really hard time making time for exercise. So, I'm gonna join this challenge and challenge myself to walk 5 miles a week.

                        Welcome Kiki! Hey profit I am in school taking 16 hrs right now an doing and internship. I know school is very time consuming and hard. That is why I usually exercise late in the evening after everyone goes to bed. It also helps me to get a good night sleep. You gave her good advice. It is very important for her to at least take out 20 minutes a day for herself in exercise. I feel so much better even though I have been a slacker for the last 2 nights. Hey Jimmie I may have to borrow that whip for me, lol. I will start back tonight.

                          Kiki, way to go girl! You'll be happy that you did. I've felt sooooooo much better since I started exercising at the beginning of the month. All my little aches & pains went away the first week and my body really firmed up and started getting back its shape. You're just going to love it! I'll set your September goal at 10 miles, since there are 2 weeks left in the month. Go for it!
