i am sorry you are hurting. does it help to say "no pain, no gain"? i hate catching up! that's why i was biking so much. i knew if i didn't get to it, i would not be recieving a very good grade at the end of the month.
i think i am doing the pushups wrong. at my shins, i have noticed my back hurting so i don't think i have the proper position on the ball. must work on that.

I will do, but its only going to be a small one. Its mainly a way for the charity to get some space in the paper. There are going to be something like 2-3 lines about me and a photo. and the the rest will be about the Barnardo's charity.
