        did my 100 today and yes i did fall off the ball it is harder then it looks is all I can say and I can't wait till some of you are at this posistion too.
        Tim almost fell off his recliner laughing at me when I first got on the ball! LOL! It was a little akward...I agree. 10 down today

        Really cool chart by the way Satty111!

          Cathyjobo: I got a good laugh out of your wrist picture because when I was doing my push ups today I decided I am going to get carpal tunnel from all of the exercise and they are killing me.

          Saty: Once again you have a cool chart. You are so on top of things. I didn't expect to see one until next Monday. You rock!

                    I did 10, fell off at 6, fell off at 7, fell off at 8, again at 9...LOL and finally I did 10.

                      I'm in for 700 for October. 300 at my shins/knees... That's the goal!

                        Everybody is doing a great job! The chart is really filling up already! I did 10 on Monday and I'm planning on hitting 10 tonight. I'm only doing 150 for the month, because I do upperbody every other day and by the time I get to the pushups my arms are spaghetti! I've got the ball on my shins, but I plan to work it down to the old ankles!

                        Keep up the great work! We have a wonderful group this month!
