              Saty111,

I want to thank you for starting this challenge... I do it religiously , every day, and I don't think I would have even tried if it hadn't been for this challenge. Honey is very proud (and even does a few pushups here and there).

Thanks Cathyjobob! I love this challenge too and the major part of that is all of you!!

I just did 30 pushups (to make up for my slacking this week ) and I kid you not, MY EARS ARE RINGING! That's a sign that my body is definitely getting a workout! Also I had just run 3 miles and done 100 situps, so you know, I might be over doing it!

Hope you all have a good weekend!
                Best Wishes!

So sad to see my name with nothing beside it. Saty, I've been sick since the first of Oct. I've had no energy and haven't done much of anything -- especially exercise. Plus, I'll be traveling a lot this month, and unfortunately, my stability ball doesn't fit in my carryon. So, I'm going to gracefully bow out this month, but I WILL join you next month for sure. Thanks!

I know what it is to be sick on this diet Adena and you have nothing to be sad about. I understand that you especially don't have energy for bouncing around on a ball! I'm glad to hear you are coming back next month!
