Hey Jimmie I had to move the ball back to my knees too. I think that's what was causing it to hurt my shoulders and back too much. So, I finally got 15 in today. I felt like I was 92 doing them... but, it didn't hurt as much... lol!
Adena - sorry to see you leave this one... I'm going to keep trying...even if I don't make the 250. I'll be here in November with you - hopefully a lot stronger!
