      Lyssie, I'd like to add 3.5 ELLIPTICAL miles today, finishing off the 2nd leg, as well as 3 BIKE miles, starting the 3rd!!!

        Hi guys. I'm sorry I've been slacking a little on the tracking. I've had a bunch of things pop up in my "real life" and have been trying to deal with them. Anyway, I am back... and am going to be updating the website this evening with the information from the past week. I wanted to thank all of you for doing this with me - if it wasn't for the triath, i wouldn't keep coming back and logging on an would have fallen off this WOL a few weeks ago never to be seen again.

          Well then I am so glad you started this Triathalon! Keep it together there Lyssie girl, you are a valuable asset to these boards...I would be really pissed if you disappeared...Work thru what ever is happening in the real world...I have a lot happening too...

                  I did 2 miles on the ellip. It might take me longer than the 6 weeks to finish this Lyssie, but I WILL finish it.

                    Hi Lyssie,

                    I also want to say thanks so much for running this! If it wasn't for this triath I would have totally fallen off the wagon over Xmas. My food was terrible, but the exercise has kept me linked into Atkins. Now I'm back to eating right again.

                    Also I'm very likely to take longer than 6 weeks, but I'll get there!
