    2 miles on the ellip tonight

    Took me 45 minutes to do 2 measly miles. O.M.G. I'll never get to 30 miles! (okay, so I'm a little dramatic)

    I started weight training again, and did walking lunges the other night for the lower body 3 sets of 20...and my poor legs FELT it tonight on that ellip.

      Joy I know your pain. I did walking lunges AND stationary lunges in kickboxing (about a million of them on each side), did 2 measly sets of stationary lunges, 15 reps last night (well along with the rest of the leg program), and this a.m. I was SOOOOOOOOOOOORE! I really wimped out on my cardio today because my muscles were screaming at me.

        3 miles done on the eliptical on Friday evening.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  I think that just leaves me with 2 miles to go on the eliptical.

                    I put in uhmmm.. 13.5 miles on the bike today at lunch.

                      Urghhhh! I'm slacking! Did 5.52 miles on the stairmaster today. My thighs feel like steel, but unfortunately still look like porridge...

                            2 more elliptical miles.

                            Tonight I did it in 39 stinkin minutes instead of 40 minutes.

                                Well done Richt! And you did elliptical, which seems to take forever.

                                Lyssie, I'm reporting 5.2 miles on the stairmaster today.

                                I'm definately not going to complete the ellip in time, but I'll be happy with having done running and stairs at this point.
