        2 miles on the eliptical on Wednesday night.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            First day on the stairmaster thing - did 352 floors, which is 7.3 miles I believe. Does that sound right?

                    I'm sorry. I had them down as elliptical miles, but then I lost 2 running miles when you said you were done with that so I thought I read it wrong... I'll go back through.

                    Baarb - I don't know if that sounds right, but ohmygod does it sound *painful*

                    I'm adding my 6.2 elliptical miles for the day.

                        Lyssie, I am sorry for not reporting my numbers. I have finished the triathalon. I rode my final 10 miles to take me over my goals yesterday...Thanks for hosting this, I feel like a million bucks for getting it done in difficult times.

                          I am finished with my running/treadmill miles

                          but take the 2 miles off treadmill for January 1 and put them on elliptical.

                          Add 2 miles to the treadmill for January 4 to finish off the 30 for treadmill/running.

                              Lyssie - yep, it hurt, but not as much as today when my thighs would only allow me to do 4.41 miles, but hey, at least the going is easier than on the ellip.
