Laurenfra - could you get them to set up one for me at my house after they're done at yours??

Veronica - great job! Yeah, it's 3.1 miles. I make it so hard for people who don't use miles, don't I?

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

You ran for 6 miles and still could move your legs enough to pedal a bicycle?! How is that possible?! You're my hero.

2 weeks ago I did a half marathon 13.1 mile
Last week I did a 8 mile cross country.

So running 6 miles on the road was simple in comparison, hence the cycling I suppose.

(Thanks for having me has your hero) lol

Oh and btw, on top of that, I ran the 6 miles in 56 minutes and cycled the 10 in just half an hour..............

                            Me too!

Reporting 2.5 miles on the elliptical - took forever! But, as I said this triath has already made a huge difference - I bought a UK size 14 skirt today! Was incredulous, had to stop myself asking if the shop had upped their sizes

ROFL - just keep asking yourself that in your mind and not out loud and they won't give you the funny looks. Great job!

I, myself, had .5 miles and then was abducted to do weights... blah. But, I am going back after work (which is why I didn't not do them) and will do more...
