Sorry to disappoint Lyssie, but I've only got one mile to report (don't worry, I did an upper body workout for 40 minutes...just so you know I wasn't slacking--and besides, Tuesdays are usually my day OFF humph).

Thinking of upper body workouts - I have determined that I should not do chest & back when I'm going to be on the treadmill either the next day or 2 days later. I'm sure you can figure out why. Wow, that was totally digressing from the topic.
