    Sorry to disappoint Lyssie, but I've only got one mile to report (don't worry, I did an upper body workout for 40 minutes...just so you know I wasn't slacking--and besides, Tuesdays are usually my day OFF humph).

      Juli - I never think that you're slacking. Thinking of upper body workouts - I have determined that I should not do chest & back when I'm going to be on the treadmill either the next day or 2 days later. I'm sure you can figure out why. Wow, that was totally digressing from the topic.

        Tuesday evening -

        1 hour circuit training session. then 4 miles on the stationary bike.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                13_Jane - size 12! Well done! That is really great! Very envious. My goal size was 14 because I'm quite broad, but now I'm there I'm re-thinking.

                Everyone - well done of the distance! I love this triath!

                I have 2 more miles on the elliptical to report, one for Tuesday, one for today. I've been really pressed for time, but will get serious milage done on Friday (well serious for me ) Also the muscles are hurting earlier now! So am having a rest day tommorrow.

                    Great job you guys!!

                    Richt - are you slacking?? I mean, *4* miles... ?!

                    Baarb - Good job getting it in, mileage is mileage is better than doin' nothing!

                    Joy - That totally sucks. I've had those before and didn't stop running when they first started.. I was in so much pain for weeks until I finally took a break. Great going with the 2.5 at lunch!!

                    I did 3.0 at lunch (painfully) am not sure whether I should try to head back for more pain later.. I've determined I'm sick, so I guess we'll see how it goes. I need to keep up with everyone so I can't take a day off!!

                        That's quite besides the point. I can see you doing like, 2 hours of circuit training, then running a half a marathon and then getting on a bicycle for 15 miles. This is all in my head.. Kinda like JOy and the dress, but it's still *there*

                            I have to admit... I'm a *little* disappointed, kinda like when I was *sure* I was gonna get that pony for my birthday... I think I'll get over it... I got over the pony.

                                We had a farm, there was no reason *not* to get me a pony... at least in my mind at the time.

                                Uphill, hmm? yikes. Maybe I'll try that once I get this whole "running" thing down. I really do think your tushie must love you if you do the stairmaster happily *and* go uphill... :P

                                I did another 1.9 miles (not uphill). :P
