  • Re: Vidiots' House of Pain - Part III

Heh, sounds good to me too, but I am gonna go for the endstretch.......took 2 days off, just couldn't do it with TOM, so I took my off day sunday and then also gave in on doing nothing yesterday.
Today was BIU, 6-pack and limber, and some extra rowing and cycling to get those lazy legs going again.
    See you tomorrow again!

Today I did BURN. A$$ crampers are still killing me, but they are getting easier. Can't say the same thing about lunges. Most of the time, I'm only going half way down. My legs don't want to cooperate! :/

Feeling lazy, so I Ramped it Up. Way better than nothing! Day two of lower calories and (slightly) higher carbs. I'm staaaarving, but we'll see if the weight starts moving a little faster.

Soliwit, I'll be around to see you till the end. Still a week and a half till my vacation.

#27 done, into single digits now!

Getting there, definitely getting there. Last time, I religiously did 6 workouts a week, right up to the end. This time, I'm being a little more realistic. If I get home at 9 from work, I do not want to work out. So, it's going a little more slowly, but it's also becoming a more achievable part of my lifestyle. I just wish a *little* more weight had come off.

Since mid Nov, I've been doing Sin6 and SS everyday with a few days off here and there. Prior to that, I had been doing 5-6 workouts/week. I increased my workouts because on the days that I didn't do aerobics, I turned into a *itch (rhymes with witch.)

I'm a slow loser, but that's ok...I'm used to it. For me, it's more of a mood lifter and a feeling of accomplishment of trying to keep up with the pixie.

Yah I totally agree on that bio, when you work out you at least have the feeling you really DID something to help yourself losing, if it's slow, it doesn't matter, at least it is not cause you sat on your a** all day.
I am so happy though to see the end of SI6, not that I will stop working out, cause I am in a really nice ritme now, but I will change it into part pixie (crampers, push-ups, abbs and stretch band + limber) and will go to rowing and cycling for the burning up stuff, my knees start to object more and more against the constant crouching and lunging.
Nice Anna you're gonna be with us longer, I thought you were going into your holidays right away, misunderstood that.
Ok todays burn is done, again with 6pack and some half-a** limber (kinda slopped over it, hehe)
                see you tomorrow !!!!

                [edit] wooooohoooooo 30 !!!!!

Way to go, Soliwit!!! 30 of em completed!! You're in the final homestretch!!!

When I'm done with this challenge, I'll probably switch to Tony Horton workouts. I need a break from the Pixie's giggle!

                  This morning's pain was Burn.

As Bio would put it: "Today's pain: Burn."

                    8 more to go. Worked out the frustration today. Sick . . . again . . . gaining weight . . . again . . . Overworked . . . again.

But BIU helps get rid of all that.

awwww girl, I am so sorry for you, it just seems you keep on being ill and such, that's so not fair, I really hope you get a good rest when you have your time off and really get to get better all the way !

I got my BIU done again for today, due to TOM I said no to 6pack today, just don't feel like that pain on top of the cramps I already got (and again this time my back acts up really bad when I do abbs) so number 31 done, see you peeps tomorrow !!!

Sorry to hear that you're overworked. Being sick on top of that sucks even more. Hang in there.

Soliwit, I don't think I would be able to do the 6-pack tape during TOM either. The thought is too painful.

The last 3 days have been BURN days. I'm glad I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now! I'm very tired of the Pixie!

Way to go Soliwit and Biogeek! You guys are kicking butt!

Me, I'm getting through, slowly but surely. Still !@#$ sick, so I ramped it up, and had to skip the resistence bands because I was getting lightheaded. At least work has let up a little bit.

6 days to vacation and 7 more days of Si6! Whoo hoo!

And Soliwit, thanks so much for the rep pick me up. I really needed that about now. It's so hard not to get down when the body's fighting every pound and I've been sick for what seems like forever. Your message put a much needed smile on my face.

I am so happy you found my little 'present' I hoped it would pick you up a bit, cause girl you definitely deserve it.
Hey if it wasn't for you I would never had started this chalenge !!!!! So I owe you one !!!!
Good to hear btw that you stopped your exercizes as soon as you got lightheaded, would have been not good at all when you would have gone through that....so I am proud of you for listening to your body.
If there is one thing that I learned in this whole diet then it is exactly that, to pay attention to what your body tells you, I used to always go passed my limits, in almost everything, food, drink, work etc etc, I have learned not only to say no to certain foods and to stand for what I eat (also towards other people) but also listen to the limits of my body when it comes to work and working out and the opposite: lazyness, you want to say a hundred times, no I can't today when you actually know that you really can and that you are just being lazy, go passed that, just start what you need to do and you feel it is way easier than what you thought.
Ok, I got 2 more down (I really totally had a hard day on TOM again last saturday (somehow seems more painful lately) so I just let everything for what it was) but did sunday and today BIU, 6pack and limber, woooohooooooo 33, only 3 more !!!!!!

Whoo hoo! Finally made it into the 30s with RIU. I have DOMS from RIU yesterday too. What's up with that? I guess it's that on RIU I really push myself to do every single rep, whereas with BIU, I feel like I'm doing well if I just make it through.

Soliwit, Bio - Great work! The light at the end of the tunnel is nearly here.
