Weds, Thurs and Fri - 4 litres of water each day, 45 mins of cardio each day and 100 crunches each day.
Thats me done for the week! Its an incentive to go to the gym if fit guys work there!!
26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

Checking in for the week... was out of town last week for Easter. Down again! Yippee!! No real change in measurements, tho.... maybe next week? I need to figure out how to post pictures. Found a picture of me on New Year's...Wow (actually....UGH!!) Hope everyone is doing well!!

hi everyone!!
Saturday I managed 61 mins on my step machine burning 788 calories!!! I was soo happy!! I've never burnt that many cals before on it!! I did 200 abs plus all my water!!!
Sunday - disaster day!!!!! naughty food and no exercise!!!
Today I'm being good!!!
All my bikini's have arrived for my holidays!! they all fit - yay!! There's a pic in my journal - I was brave and posted it in there!! lol I'll wait until the end of the challenge to post in here!!! hehe!!!
