Been really cr*p with posting this week, sorry. I've been doing all my exercise tho!!
Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs - 45 mins cardio each day, 100 crunches each day and 4 litres of water each day
Fri, Sat and Sun - 3 litres of water each day
I think its 6 weeks to go until the end of our challenge....I think! It seems like ages ago that we started this, I hope we have some good pics to show for it. I know Jane definately does and we're not even finished yet!
Keep up the good work guys and girls. I promise to post more this week.
