          I walked 1.6 today. I haden't expected to get out at all, so that is pretty good, I think!

                6 mile hike/jog on Saturday
                Female - Age 30 - 6 feet tall
                Starting weight in June of 2005: 220 lbs size 14/16
                Did my own "diet" and it took me forever to lose.

                Mid-Weight in June of 2006: 196 lbs size 12/14 Decided to get serious and start Atkins on July 15th.

                Goal? To be solid and tight with no flab!

                              Ha, no pretending for me, I did the REAL thing, baby...2mi jog, and 5 miles on the bike...I figured if I went the whole 10mi, I'd meltdown emo by noon...so I reserved my inner self for later!!!! Still emotionally stable, thank you very much!!!

                                Hi all,

                                I'm new to . These challenges look like a great way to motivate myself. I try to walk on the treadmill at least 3 times a week. Assuming it's never to late to start the challenge (someone PM me if it is), I'll pledge 15 miles of walking for the rest of February.

                                My progress so far:
                                2/10/07 1.23 miles
                                2/11/07 1.26 miles
                                Total of 2.49/15.00

                                I'd better get to walkin'!!




                                The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.

                                I lost 4.8 lbs before Atkins. I started Atkins 2/10/07 and have lost 11.2 lbs so far.
